So to help your problem: Grab gear with lightning resistance to mitigate hs and the Wisp's damage. Drink a healing potion early on - they have that HoT-effect... ...and try rushing in, without tossing the banner, might also work better.
Re. Resistances: You'll have to keep those up from mid-Act-3 onwards anyway - TQ is won on the defense. So it doesn't hurt to collect some gear for that now.
Just be-aware and keep your eye out for any heroes.
Last time I went through there SSark tag teamed me with a second hero.
... ever since SSark ended my deatles Brigand run im aware of his danger and some other heroes, like said before, two or three in each act are very dangerous...
Heroes may appear within a group of enemies, they are the elite of the champions, and they usually have unique spells and abilities not seen on their monster class/group.
Sometimes they have normal stats, sometimes huge stats, or huge skills.
This is not the Toxeus from the "secret passage", but his big brother. I lot damn worse.
Read somewhere it was a dev who used to go home and imagine the worst type of hero you might encounter and just for fun introduced him.
Spawns seldom (close to 10000 hours seen him once), but beware.
