Strom Nimbus, however, doesn't buff allies - as the description says: "When active, the player is imbued...". BUT...
...the Wisp's Eye of the Storm skill does buff allies, and this ofc is then displayed as a buff icon. Which makes for a plausible excuse for mixing that up....
TL;DR: It's WAI, just a wee ... peculiar.
- Earth Enchanment and ít synergy skills effect affected all character and pets/allies in its range. So your pets in range of EE will get boost.
- Storm Nimbus has flat dmg part for pet, so your pet get added dmg too, but this is just flat dmg for default hits and attack skill that using pet's default dmg (like Outsider attack skill).
- Game has visual bugs that only showed one skill animation effect if there are many skill that has similar effect (in this case is Storm Nimbus and Earth Enchanment). You can testing the pet dmg by compared pet dmg on dummy without SN and EE, then turn on SN only, then turn on EE only, and the last turn on both SN and EE to see the different in dmg. EE give small Flat Fire dmg, it has visual animation effect when your character or you pets/allies hits target too, same with SN, so you can check by both visual and number.
