Casino Merchant Drops only a set of Relics

Hello there,
i believe there is only one Casino Merchant available in the game, in Gadir.

He seems to only drop Chill of Tartatrus, Blade of Thanatos, Trident of Poseidon, Monkey King, Star of the Evening, Children of Okeanos and Atlas Endurance. At least these are all the Relics ive gotten so far in about ~30 Epic Orbs and ive gotten multiples of each.

Does he not drop anything else? And if so, why? I think we should be able to get all Relics (or even all charms as well) from this Merchant if there is only one available. If you put one in every act, well that would be another thing... But like this its a bit crappy, because i need some Relics for Artifacts and i dont wanna farm hours for one simple relic if i can do that besides doing my storyline and/or Tartarus
