Video game adaptations are very rarely good, and making a TV show out of a game like Titan Quest or, for that matter, any game in the genre, seems like challenging yourself for no extra reward - fans of the game won't like it, and fans of fantasy action shows are very unlikely to like it regardless of whether you make the connection clear or not.
In short, you'd spend a lot of money to get another example of why video game tie-ins don't work.
Though you make valid points.
Years of Sci-Fi shows, 20 years or so of Greek, Roman etc Mythology shows. I am thinking Hercules, Xena, Conan etc. Lasted from the mid 80's to the early 2000's. And if you look they were all based on literature or comics and recognized names.
Maybe a series might work, but you would have to wait for the cycle to come round again.
For a love interest/triangle you could have Feiyan and/or Ylva for example.
There's a lot of content to draw from but it won't be easy to make it good/entertaining.
For a sequel they'd need to continue the story. I honestly don't know where we could go from here... Maybe go to the Americas and explore their mythologies xD
Honestly not doing a huge game, but why not something like "Titan Quest: The Forgotten Stories". Atlantis should have been the first. Then release smaller, 10 to 15 hour stories, almost like episodes every year or less.
I love this reply xD
