Side Quests difficulties

I played through with a character made in Titan's Quests (orinigal) and played through TQIT with him. As of currently I am at a lost of how to start or claim the rewards of these two Quests while in TQAE. These Quests are Gargantuan Yeti of the Silk Road (difficulty in both Normal and Epic) and One Who Would Lead (difficulty in both Normal and Epic). I did go to the people who hands them out along with where I am suppose to be to complete these side quests. The people who hand the side quests both have the diamond over their heads instead of the exclamation point. Thank you for any help and have a pleasant day.

For the gargantuan yeti quest, you just need to kill the the yeti, This will complete the quest even if you didn't accept the quest first. He is located in the cave west of the eastern Silk Road portal, about a 2 minute run or less.

For the other quest you have to give Charon's Oar to Hipparchus. He is trapped in a cage between the dock and the bridge on the far west wall.

Thank you Magco for the help with the One Who would lead side quest I managed to complete the side quest by picking up the Charon's Oar. However with the Gargantuan Yeti side quest, I killed the Gargantuan Yeti it won't show me the side quest updated or completed in the side quest bar.

I've played Oar of Charon One Who Would Lead quest twice have 2 oars, quest won't update and Hipparhus is nowhere to be found? Help please.

normally you can't hold 2 same quest item, is it some bug?

previously i think some quest can delete the .que file and do again but i am not sure which file is for those 2 quests
