How to Download Patch 1.54

OK... I've run into the bug encountered at Land's End Ground Floor -- unable to past the fiery gate due to a quest I've not completed. Apparently there' a big boss that I have to defeat, but I'm unable to locate this boss. I read that either Ragnarok patch 1.49 or 1.52 may correct this issue. Since then I have learned that actually patch 1.54 is the latest. My problem is : How to I download this patch? I've searched Steam and the Steam TQ Workshop and cannot locate any "patch downloads". Can anyone tell me how to download these?

afaik Steam patches automatically. So unless you've been playing in offline mode, your game is probably running the latest patch when you launch the game.
