What is best mastery for energy replenish?
I have a mastery that I like but it uses tons of energy. Wanting to know what 2nd mastery would help restore energy. I see warfare has banner that reduces energy cost by 50%. That sounds nice. Will banner survive long enough vs Titan end act bosses?

Then Dream has a spell called 'Trance of Convalescence' that gives 3.2 energy regen per second when maxed. To me that doesn't sound all that great for late game. Thoughts?

What kind of build are you looking to do? Nature has the Heart of Oak buff that has a 50% chance of reducing energy cost by 50%. Spirit has the Circle of Power ability also.

I have storm with ice shards maxed and currently about 230% cast rate. Want to get my 2nd mastery at start of Epic. Heart of Oak sounds decent, 50% of -50% cost works out to 25% overall. At least that is how I look at it. I assume each time I cast gets a 50% chance to get the reduction.

I have Heart of Oak on another charactor, was'nt even aware it had a chance to reduce energy cost (my other charactor never casts) I'll read up on Circle of Power. THanks for the heads up.

If you plan to just cast ice shards all the way, then I say go nature. The wolves will act as distraction, plague as will increase your offensive AND defensive capabilities, and HoO will give you more survivability and at +4 nature skills it's gonna be 90% for 50% mana cost, which is neat.

Also you might want to get some items that reduce mana cost, like Eye of Horus rings.

The single best mastery for engery regeneration is Spirit. Dark Covenant gives more than 30 energy per second when maxed, so nothing beats that. You will have to toggle it on of a bit though, because of the life cost.
Nature as previously suggested is fine as well though, both classes make good ice shard spammers.

Another option is to just fix your problem with gear. Some caster gear and especially some artifacts have pretty sick bonusses to energy regeneration.

Thanks guys. I like both Nature and Spirit but I have a few levels to decide yet. Haven't found any gear that helps except for an artifact which gives -15 less energy cost which is nice. Harly notice it by itself though. I'll keep checking stores as I move up to new areas.

I have played nature before with pets and really love plague. Honestly I heard that squall was just as good as plague but I rarely cast squall. Plague seems nicer because it spreads, whereas monsters can just move out of squall. Thinking I might go nature because it has plague and reskill my points out of squall.

Just get a polydemon or however it's called. It's a legendary Amulet that gives insane HP, DMG, INT and mana regen.

Thanks guys. I found an armor that helps a caster quite a bit. My equip is good enough now I think I can make it through epic with it. At least until act 4 and by then better stuff should drop.
