Can't start game in windows 10.

My pc is windows 10 64bit, on 4k resolution. Game with ragnarok DLC. Every time when i try to start the game,there is a black block(about 1/4 of my screen) apear on top left corner of my screen, together with some black screen flashing. The game can not start in every mode including windows 10 safe mode, I have tried the capability setting on the TQ.exe file, it did not return any difference.

Did you try verifying the game files?
Disable DLC and see if the game starts without DLC.

Ah good ol winblows. Everytime games have major changes, nope windows wants to cause problems. Im sure a hotfix will be released to address it.

Manually changed the options.txt file - fullscreen = false fixed the problem.

I meant if the update has changed something that shouldn't be set by default.

It was full screen = true by default. the file is at Documents\My Games\Titan Quest - Immortal Throne\Settings

In that case its some weird bug in win 10, it'll need patching.
