Changed resolution: Now menu buttons won't work

I can't figure out how to get back in the menu to put it back to where it was...

I changed the resolution from my wide screen (49") monitor to a more standard 1920 x 1080 format because at that large resolution the "Delete" button was not visible.

Now the game launches but none of the buttons are active in the menu (Play titan quest, Play custom quest, Options, Mod workshop etc).

Anyone have any ideas to help me out?

I managed to fix it by starting the game in safe mode/legacy by launching from my steam library and choosing those options. Once I got through the cut scenes i was able to change my resolution back to what it was.

Hmm sounds like a weird bug, did you report it in our bug tracker so we can take a look?

No I haven't. The main issue, is that at widescreen resolutions, the UI @ the character creation/selection screen is wonky. It always has been. Prior to getting my 49" Samsung I ran 3 x 23" dells. Same issue. At the wide screen resolution, you only have the option to toggle left through your characters. You can't see their level, and you don't have the option to delete visible. There is very old thread w/ a photo of what the character creation screen looks like. Switching to 1920 x 1080 was my attempt to gain access to the delete button. It looked fine but NONE of the buttons were active, worse I couldn't click on the settings button to get back into the menu to change it back.

Now when I want to delete a character I switch to 800 x 600 windowed mode and the buttons work.

Would be nice if they could figure out a way for the character creation screen to scale properly to wide screen, but you know its a 13 year old game so I don't expect too much.

What is this "tracker" you speak of?
