You'll find a lot of the mods are on www.titanquestfans.net and currently the modders there are going a bit crazy coming up with new ones for us to play.
https://titanquestfans.net/index.php?action=forum
Also if you're looking for a TQ2 then have a look at Grim Dawn, TQ's spiritual successor. It's made by some of the devs who worked at Iron Lore on TQ and it uses the TQ engine.

It uses the same dual mastery class combo, but adds to the game with a devotion system to customise your characters even more, factions to win reputation with, more extensive crafting, etc. The modding community is also strong there.
As for favourite TQ mods, well for me it's BG's Legion of Champions since I love playing with pets, but I also play with the Xmax mod which increases mobsby up x10 and heroes/bosses x3. So you'd fight 3 Typhons, 3 Hades, 9 Gorgon Sisters, etc. You can choose from x2, x3, x4 and full Xmax to play with. Full is the x10, the others increase mobs proportionally.
Xmax is pretty easy to install since you can switch between that mod and normal game with a character if you wish. Legion of Champions you install and then must make a new character to play with since it comes under custom games in the main menu. So install LoC, go to main menu, choose custom games then the mod, then make a new character to start playing. Xmax is also under custom games.
Yeah, I was quite intersted in that Lilith map to get a brand new ”TQ feeling”,
But as you said, I’ll have to dig abit deeper whether it’s for AE or immortal.
Iv’e tried Xmas abit now and like it, unfortunately my computer is comparable to my 97 year old grandma in wheelchair, so it gets abit laggy with that insane army of mobs.
Actually I did give GD a chance but probably not hard enuf cuz I didn’t really got hooked the same way I did with TQ. I will prolly continue TQ for a while and if that good olé RPG-itch just wont go i’ll give it another shot!
As for the techniqual part I’m probably even further away from daylight, do you know any comprehensive guide that explains how to install it correctly?
Thanks a bunch

Depending on the mod you need to check the instructions since some need you to use TQDefiler to unlock the higher difficulties before you start playing. This is because if you don't when you move up to Epic, quest progress will be lost iirc. You can download the Defiler from here
https://tq.soulseekkor.com/downloads.html
Go to the mod you want to play with, create a new character and get to the first rebirth fountain in Helos. Save and exit, then go into the Defiler, select the character and go over to Waypoints/Difficulty. Then choose Highest Difficulty Open and select Epic, this will prompt a warning that you're changing the character file. Say yes and that will unlock Epic for that character. Now do the same for Legendary.
Once that's done go back into the game and set for Epic difficulty then again get the character to the first rebirth fountain in Helos. Do the same for Legendary. This should mean that when you change difficulties later quest progress won't be lost.
As said not all mods need this so read the instructions first to check. Xmax doesn't for example and neither does Legion of Champions. However, I think Lilith does. Not sure if others like Soulvizier do or not since I've never played them.
