Lost all quests done and to do???

Has anyone had this issue..I got to Elysium (sp) and saved by rebirth and quit. I go back on later and all my quests were gone (i mean all) even the main quest. I can portal to anywhere but as far as the game it done atm and no wat im going to start over this far into it with all the issues. I tried restarting numerous times shuting down compt everything still nothing. I know this thing was a buggy pos but man thats some sorry quality or lack or quality control. Any ideas???

You wouldn't by any chance have been using Cloud Save were you? If so you need to turn it off and do local saves.

yea i was and now turned it off. Any idea how to get the main quest back or am i going to have to start over? If i start over can you import the character you have built or is it just lvl - 1 again?
the only quest i see (just shows act 1 and act4) is the light the watchfire in Rhodes (the keep the dead off the tourch guy. I went there but the quest givers were greyed out? any help pls

did you try to turn cloud back on? I f that works pull save files, close cloud,insert save files

If Tenk's way doesn't help then you might be looking at having to start over at lvl 1.

The only way I know of to import and re-run the quests is going from one type of game to another. What I mean is I had finished Steam TQ and then upgraded to Steam TQ:AE and when I did that all the old quests were doable again, so I reran all the quests back up to the TQ:IT start where I had originally left off.

So if you really don't want to start over from lvl 1 it might be worth investing in a TQ key / CD, importing your current character over and re-running the quests and then when you catch up going back to the AE version. While it's a bit of a pain, you'd gain more XP and it really doesn't take alot of time since you already know the stuff.

Just wondering, did any of your achievements reset or do they still exist?

for the TQ key are you talking about buying another steam version and importing this char into that game? Or buying the game itself from online somewhere?

I don't think they sell the Steam TQ anymore, just the AE version and I doubt if it would let you load 2 Steam AE's, so you'd be looking at going to Amazon etc... for the old original CD style of TQ or TQ:IT to load up.
