And frankly why do you have so much health? Sounds like you've put all your points into health and nothing else.
Because 6000 HP is meaningless if you have poopy resistances.
Chances are your answer is just bull. The game does cheat.
I had Heart of Oak with 13/12 and it gives plus 70% health to make 5751. I had armor with plusses to get +1 and +3 levels on skills.
My level is 45, Speed 166%, DPS 731, Attack 162%, Defensive ability 588, Offensive ability 313 ... and killed off 27,030 monsters.
My resistances: Fire 52%, Cold 40%, Light 24%, Pierce 60%, Vitality 80%, Poison 80%,
Bleed 80%, Phys 0%, Slowdown 40%, Trap 80%, Energy leech 0%, Disruption 0%,
Stun res 40%, Freeze res 63%
In all my play, in getting to level 45 and killing 27,030 monsters, nothing has been able to catch me until this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game zooms me in on its own and locks my movement under the bridge without me being able to see, or being able to move my character even when I tried clicking in all directions to get her out of there well before any enemies were close.
I got stuck under the bridge twice BEFORE opening the door to Wodan and my character would just get stuck under the bridge when I went under it. In case you are thinking she was trapped or stunned, there were no enemies around. First time, I had to exit the game to unlock when I couldn't move her after trying for a few minutes. I relogged on (rekilled the bull again) and I tried it a second time and it was exactly the same. When I went under the bridge, the game auto zoomed me in with only the top of bridge showing again and zooming in or out by me did absolutely nothing. Finally after about thirty movement clicks in all directions on the top of the bridge, she moved a bit and finally got unstuck. I then tried moving her on what would be the upper part of the passage and did get her through and back a few times even though I couldn't see her. Then got stuck again, had to exit and relog on again (and rekilled the bull again). She would only move along the extreme upper part of the path but every time she was under the bridge, it was auto zoom in by the game and only the top of the bridge would show.
At this point, after several exits and relog ons, the game won't change the zooming, so I had no choice but to open the door to the Wodan bridge house or quit the game. I killed half the guys chasing me, stepped back into the upper part of the passage just a bit and got auto zoomed in and stuck again. Couldn't move, all that was displayed was the top of the bridge in zoomed in mode, while my characters health was getting chopped away once the enemies caught her. I could shoot, and take potions but couldn't see or couldn't move. Locked in by the game with no view and no movement for no reason at all.
So if you'll put your glasses on and reread my first post paragraph, I said ASIDE from the Wodan bridge fk up, other OHKs of 6000 damage (which OHK'd my Defender with 5600 pts and decent resistances) that also happens randomly out of nowhere. It has killed more than one character in one massive OHK, yet, later that same enemy does next to no damage to the same character without any resistance changes. That has happens over and over. Why the MASSIVE changes in damage and change in behavior from the same enemy? It's because the game cheats.
So, regardless of any crap you come up with, when a game does bull shiidt like it does at the Wodan bridge, and the for no reason way out of the ordinary massive OHK hits, it is cheating (or is just a POS). When a game does random things it is not supposed to do, and does it way out of the ordinary against opponents and always in its favor, it is cheating. It is no different than being in a PvP game where one of the players uses cheating software or physical advantages like using a lag switch to beat the other player. There is built in out of the ordinary unfair play by TQ and it is used to beat and cheat the player. No other call for it ... that's cheating.
Maybe you should just get your head out of your butt and realize TQ does cheat.
Didn't know that. OK thanks. So be it, Nordic is that cheating sack of turds.
To the topic at hand: Cheating to me implies intent, which the game does not have. Either your character build has a glaring weakness or you encountered a bug that no one has found yet in one year of Ragnarök being out. Neither of those things is the game cheating.
Thanks for the info about your character. Are you 100% sure that you're not missing a "-" sign next to one of those resist numbers? It's sometimes hard to see. Also, which enemies did oneshot you? Or in which areas did it happen?
Regarding the passage under the bridge: Also something that I haven't seen reported as an issue since release of Ragnarök (when it was adressed in a patch, I believe?). I'll pass it along.
The answer is usually just to adjust your camera zoom but it is a bit annoying.
If you're getting "randomly" one-shotted with good resists, it's probably damage reflection, as I mentioned before. In particular, all enemies in Yggdrasil reflect a percentage of damage, so don't use super powerful AOEs on them unless you have a death wish. IMO, this area is extremely lame since there's basically nothing you can do except spam potions, but at least it's short.
Cheating implies consiousness and breaking rules.
The game is an object and built with certain rules, it can't cheat.
Are you sure? Maybe Titan Quest is a super advanced AI that gained consciousness and now tries to fight humanity. Devs watch out, your "game" might kill you!
That's not what a troll is tho.
Just sounds like he's getting frustrated and getting mad at the game.
Still.....good enough to get to Ragnarok by playing through the game.
I can't even do normal Typhon.
