Edit: ...I realise that's not exactly what you asked for but it seems likely there would be similar items for other masteries.
If you want to summon 3 wolves then just summon them after finding a shrine of mastery. It requires extraordinary amount of concentration problems to lose pets when playing as a petmancer, so you only have to find one shrine per play session.
Actually I found a Wanderer's prefix staff at the "Great wall" settlement's mage trader in Act 3, and a Wanderer's prefix amulet from the common trader at Epirus.
