I can't pick up the frost stone WTF

I just cannot pick this thing up. I did restart the game and that didnt help. Thats the item needed for the quest and when it drops from the flying b*tch i cant do anything with it. Clicking on it multiple times doesnt work tho

The thing is i can pick up any item but i cant pick this special item up. It's like the item is bugged or some ♥♥♥♥. Alt+x/z alt+enter alt+tab etc. doesnt help at all. Every item can be picked up, every potion, every amount of gold except that little stupid stone. Is there a chance to get this item by cheats/codes/anything?

You could check if you picked it up earlier and didn't know it. If it's in your inventory then you can't pick up a second copy. Possibly if it's in your stash also can't pick up?? I don't know.

A way to test is to go to the locked treasure room. If you can put the frost stone on the pedestal then it must have been somewhere in your inventory. If you have the other three stones on the pedestals but no frost stone then it is a bug you are experiencing.

Yup, if you can't pick it up, you already have one in your inventory.

I dont have it in my inventory i only have 2 out of 4.

Drop them anyway and then pick them up again.

I did that several times before. I can pick them up after that but still cant do damn with that frost stone

Ok. everything's fine now. I reinstalled the game and the problem has gone. Thanks for all the answers and tips guys!
