Can you tell me/us where do you get the "20% energy drain" and the rest?
I experienced the ring for one rebirth fountain to the next, alternating with "no ring" and "with ring". The result was not conclusive. I had the "feeling" that, with ring, mobs were a little bit easier to deal with, but no visible effect of the skill. I have seen from time to time (rarely) kind of a black-and-white lighning across the skin for a very short duration (compatible with the 0.1 seconds).
However, I experienced a couples of sudden deaths (something like 3000+HP, without the crititical hit's red number appearing) that could be due to Damage Reflected.
What do you think?

Actually I had upgraded the ring from Durin. The energy drain and vitality came from 'Accursed' prefix. Sorry about that.
TQVault displays raw stats. So I get it from there.
The skill shows 0 health for me.
About sudden deaths let me know names of the monsters you are facing.
Can't remember, and not sure it is due to the ring... Hence my request here to share experiments and interpretations.
All properties are given to the wearer. So while a chance to reduce enemy health or reflect damage are good, the resistance is a negative.
The skill does something rather unique also related to the ring's lore.
As per the lore the ring generates gold. And it was cursed too.
So there is chance of -500% physical resistance on my character and not on enemy?
Is this the cursed part of the lore?
So the ring is supposed to generate gold.
Correct me if I am wrong here, Does it increase chance of dropping gold by 100 on the monster that hit you or on all monsters? So when the monster dies it'll drop more gold?
I haven't seen it dropping gold when it procs. So it has to be increased gold drop chance on monsters...

I don't like to walk back and forth to a grave, I don't care about money, I have time to level up. I may end up selling the ring (valued to... 3500G!).
