Untakable item in the great hall of Propontis

Hello,

I'm act 4 and as you may see on this pic, there's a spell / a letter or something that I cannot grab :

What can I do about it ? It's so frustrating ! And to be clear, the option to see every single kind of object is activated... Damn !

are you sure it actually is an item and not just a model placed on the table?
if yes, wait a bit, see if thats the problem.

Do you have Ragnarok DLC?

I think you need Ragnarok DLC in order to pick it up since that item is DLC content.

Thank you both for answering. I do not have the Ragnarok extension. Thinking about it, I actually had the same case in act 2 or 3 with a letter that I couldn't take.
I don't know if it is pickable but it sparks, that's why I thought it was.

They are pickable, they are for the Primrose passage, you will need the DLC for sure to pick them up.

@Omega, he's right, you need that to go to the Primrose Passage, it's like the new "Secret Passage" but from Act 5 so you must have the DLC in order to pick them (as they were made in the DLC to be able to go to such place).

and if I own the dlc but nothing happens at the fountain - closed passage?

You need the Eye from the Sisters to open it. One of the main quests in that Act has you collect an Eye from 3 Sisters, which is then consumed to open something else. You need that Eye to open this door. If you've already used the Eye in the main quest, you can kill the Sisters again the next time you launch the game and collect another Eye from them.
