So you should find Djinn heroes everwhere where Djinss spawn.
As to assassins:
Focus on either Bleeding or Poison, investing in both leads to lower yield than focusing on one.
As an assassin I'd go bleeding. But in the non-AE Version Poison always was the safer bet. Maybe they rebalanced bleed now.
(also Poison works against undead, bleed doesnt)

If you insist on hunting Djinns, the cave in the Bamboo Forest and the city of Chang'an is where I encounter them the most.
Yeah, I got Yin from one of them.

update: after 7 run of act 4 boss I got Imperial Bracers which is part of Imperial Raiment set. I bet I'd have my hand on Yang sword soon !
