Yin Yang

I have been trying to obtain Imperial Raiment set; Yang sword especially. I went to THQ database and they said that these monsters hold the highest drop rate:

• Adara the Lovely ~ Djinn Hero
  
• Raghd Bloatworm ~ Djinn Hero
  
• Bloodsister Sagira ~ Djinn Hero
  
• Bloodsister Safiya ~ Djinn Hero

The question is where can I find-and-slay these monsters ?

P.S. My character is a dual-wield-sword Assassin on level 35, haven't got much clue on how to build this both in item selection and skill roots. I tried to focus on physical, poisoning & bleeding damage. If any of you guy has any suggestion please tell me I'd love to hear

Heroes spawn randomly at spots where the base-monsters can spawn.
So you should find Djinn heroes everwhere where Djinss spawn.
As to assassins:
Focus on either Bleeding or Poison, investing in both leads to lower yield than focusing on one.
As an assassin I'd go bleeding. But in the non-AE Version Poison always was the safer bet. Maybe they rebalanced bleed now.
(also Poison works against undead, bleed doesnt)

cave with skeleton or sprite which spawn from ground

djinn can spawn with them

Heroes have the most chance to drop uniques, but they are not very frequent. You will have more luck farming repeatedly bosses from Act 3.

If you insist on hunting Djinns, the cave in the Bamboo Forest and the city of Chang'an is where I encounter them the most.

I think some tigermen drop them too? Same that drop Sabertooth?

update: after 7 run of act 4 boss I got Imperial Bracers which is part of Imperial Raiment set. I bet I'd have my hand on Yang sword soon !

Ying and Yang have low drop rates for anyone except djinn

tbh sabertooth socketed with peng claw is better than those, all the way up to A5.
