They can be kind of tricky regardless of level. The long stun and massive charge/poison attack can add up quickly. I usually kite them around that middle chasm thing. Try to get poison gal away from healer gal, or at least try to stay out of Medusa's stun attack. Trying to take on all three at once in the middle is a bit rough when just starting out.
Try to focus the one that heals first. Avoid the hits from the poison one (she comes at you with melee attacks and is extremely annoying to deal with). Stay calm and just ignore Medusa and kill her sisters first. She may try to petrify you, but it’s a big shot of light that is pretty easy to avoid. Medusa is surprisingly weak compared to her two sisters so focus on her last.
Apply standard RPG conventions then, kill the healer first.
Yeah, you were right. I managed to lure away one gorgon, then realized that the healer heals others, but not self, so then I managed to get her and the last was peace of cake.
Sooo this was my fault - what was I thinking, killing all three at once xP
Defeating them in the right order and avoiding the charge attack and stone (unless you're a tank) are the key. Kill the healer first.
