CAN'T INSTALL RAGNAROK DLC! HELP!

I just bought the Ragnarok DLC and I can not figure out how to install it.
I tried clicking the check box, didn't work
I tried to close and open steam, didn't work.
I even unstialled Titan Quest, and installed it again, and again, didn't work.

Can someone help me to solve this problem?

I had the same problem some weeks ago.
I have veryfied the integrity of the game and there was
1 file defective and it was new installed.
After that procedure, Ragnarok was installed
and I could start the game.
For advice - You have to battle against Hades again
and Persophone opened a channel and you could go
through into the new world.
After that, you will see in the menue the new button
for the new world and after a new start of the game,
you have a new startscreen. But first -> kill Hades again.

On the TQAE page in your Library you should see the DLCs. Unmark Ragnarok and the game should update. After it finishes, mark Ragnarok again. It will be checked, but the status will be "not installed".

Next hover the mouse over the Library tab and select Downloads. You shoud see a TQAE download for 2.2GB, it may be paused for whatever reasons, but you can resume it manualy by clicking the button in the bottom-right corner.

After it finishes downloading the DLC and updates the game - you're ready to go.

Guys thank u all for wasting ur time helping me, but acutally I was Dumb. I printed the ticket to buy and went to the bank, cuz i lost muy credit card, I paid the game and when I got home I was like: "WTF the DLC is already here! I tried to install it, I tried everything I found in internet, and it did not work. I expent the day mad because of this, but later this day I tried to dowload "Just Cause 2"(because I bought it together along the DLC, and it said "Your pourchase is still being processed" So, this was the problem! Thank u all for ur help again! As I'm writing this the DLC and Just Cause 2 are dowloading right now.
