The game becomes more difficult, there are new bosses, and you can start getting legendary (purple) gear and divine artifacts.
I meant, it's quite hard to get the math behind saying "it's harder"
What are the changes? Speaking of numbers for the character, and mob
Beside that, there aren't really numbers to get. It's just "harder". I don't know what kind of numbers you expected...
Of course, on higher difficulties you can also do all quests again, and the rewards stack. For example, if a quest provides 1 skill point on completion on Normal, it can be done again on Epic and Legendary for 2 more skill points.

Way to necro a nearly 4 year old thread and still contribute nothing to the discussion.
To see what bosses exist (so you can search in TQDatabase), see titanquest.fandom.com/wiki/ search for "boss monster"
(To my experience, older threads with good info mostly are as useful as "fresh" content.)
Talos, Manitcore, Skeletal Dragon on Epic, Hydra on Legendary.
