Unlock Content "Ok" not clicking

So, I have been trying to get the gamefaqs codes to work, but some give me the OK and when i go to click it. the button will not click. Any Idea on why this is???

are you sure you used working codes?
but either way, the gear is junk, worse than even average yellows.

i donty know if they are working or not but its on gamefaqs and everyone keep saying they are working but not for me

Are these the one's you're trying to use?

When ingame press "esc" to open the menu and then click Unlock Content to enter the codes.

Password - Effect

373624 - "Armament of Gaul" set
437626 - "Armament of Germania" set
925678 - "Garb of the Great Merchant" set
274267 - "Shinobi Shozoku" set

You have to be over Lvl 30 to use these codes below (Only for non-steam versions)
