One of them is shipped with area/monsters u slay (light green i guess, not sure at all) - cannot be buyed in merchant. The second ones are the normal weapons with way better buffs (compared to yellow) and you can get them in shop. Both can be enchanted with relics.

Green items are a tier above yellow. they generally offer more perks than their yellow counterparts.
The lighter ones are called Monster Infrequents (MIs) and only drop from certain foes. The others are just green items which are often better than yellow ones. MIs never show the prefix/suffix on them ingame sadly. You need TVault to be able to see exactly what you found.

Well, to begin with, the items have prefixes and suffixes. Yellow item may have prefix and/or suffix. The green one can also have prefix and/or suffix, but of rare quality. Some of them can only be found on green (rare) items, for example +2 to one of the masteries. The light green (or olive colored) items are called Monster Infrequents and only drop from specific mobs. Like Deathweavers Legtip - it only drops from Deathweavers.

MIs have a potential of being the best items in the game, since they can also have a rare prefix and/or suffix. And they can be enchanted with relic or charm. But finding a good MI takes exactly 100 years, so you might as well use greens, blues and purples (and even yellows maybe).

So these are MIs like in Grim Dawn. Gotcha!
Yes, exactly like GD.
