Where to start Atlantis?

Played quite a long time ago and just bought Atlantis
But do not know where to start

I can't see the npc on the beach, but i can click on it. It launches the dialog then after a couple seconds it stops and nothing happens

Make sure the DLC is enabled in Steam. Also restart Steam.

I have another 1.9GB patch, it might be related xD

It gives me the side quest "The City of Atlas". But no main quest.

Yes, that's the one. As it's optional it's listed as a side quest.

Any Tip how you named it in German? because in German localisation there is no Rhodos anywhere (and also none seeable on the map, because geographical it woud be outside of the map seen if im not mistaken.
Searched in Knossos (what woud be crete, not rhodos) and Athen, both with no luck

It's at the starting point of Act 4 and just step down stairs from the town. You will find 2 NPCs for Atlantis

the starting point for act 4 qoud be parnass acording to the quest map (IV Source of the Monsters), its in the nowhere witrh only the satyr trader, no town there.

I have startet a new Level 40 Warrior in Korinth (Ragnarök DLC) , outside the Village is a Portal to Tartarus, walked in and leave the Tartarus to the new Content of Atlantis....,

Act 4 is generally considered to be the old IT expansion (i.e. everything after the Typhon fight)

It's called Rhodos. Upper right button on the "portal map" in the Hades tab.
Just port there, walk to the beach (right) and speak to Marinos, gives you the Quest City of Atlas, go from there.

I have only played Ragnarok. I cann't reach Rhodes. Where is this portal to Tartarus. I can't find it in Corinth. Please help.
The devs probably forgot that some people started with Ragnarok and din't bother to replay the whole game once more.
