% Damage absorption
How does it stack? If at all? Additives, multiplicatively?

I tried some simple tests and didn’t see much of a difference with a full banner and a full trance. But I’d like to know for sure.

It's additive. Should even show on the character stat screen. Only thing is that items that give 5% chance for 100% absorb show up at 5% absorb.

% damage absorption is multiplicative - flat dmg absorption is additive.

You are thinking of physical resistance.

Are you sure about this? So, a standard/colossus is roughly 75%?

Very sure. Max+4 battle standard grants 45% damage absorption and colossus grants 66%. So you take (1-45%)*(1-66%)=18.7% of original damage, the overall absorption rate is 1-18.7%=81.3%

Thanks for showing the math. I was about to ask this same question for harbinger, so this makes it easy to calculate the result.
