If you have the expansion unlocked then you just need to defeat Hades. A portal will open that will take you to the start of Ragnarok.

If you haven't bought the Ragnarok DLC you won't see it. If you do have it it's the continuation of the game (Act 5) so you have to complete the TQ and TQ:IT portions before you can do the Ragnarok portion

Just like in TQ when you defeat the final boss to gain access to TQ:IT, you have to defeat the final TQ:IT boss; Hades, to access Ragnarok.

The Atlantis DLC is different as it's just an alt leveling area so all you have to do is make it to Rhodes and you can 'hang a left' and go do it.

What if you already defeated Hades? I tried to go back to the boss room, but the door is closed...

You might have to unlock it in your Steam Library.

Steam Library => RMB on Tiant Quest - AE => "Properties" in the pop up => select the rightmost tab "DLC" => tick the Ragnarök box... ...and Atlantis, too, if you have it.

If that has been the issue, you might also have to wait out the download...

Did you already defeat Hades in your current session? I think that you need to restart the game, defeat Hades again, then go through the portal that opens. This should bring you to the expansion.

Ok, I went and killed Hades again and I could use the portal to Corinth and unlock act V. It's a shame it wasn't a bit more obvious though 'cause I've been wandering around for quite a bit.

Hello! Faced a friend with such a problem.
When creating the game, I am in the first city of the Ragnarok expansion (Corinth). And a friend, approaching the teleport, does not see any portals from both add-ons, he does not have North and Atlantis from the top, only TQ: IT portals. We tried to make it the host, then I don't see portals from add-ons.

Yeah, you both need Ragnarok to play together.

No, of course we both have DLC. Separately, we see cities and portals from Ragnarok (for example), the problem arises precisely when playing on the network.
