Cuttlebone Standard

hi, I have a question about item drops. There is one item I want and the tq database lists that only three specific bosses drop it. Is this information reliable? can really nothing else drop it? (chests, normal mobs etc). The item is Cuttlebone Standard, Thanks

Hi, don't wish to necro but there doesn't seem to be any relevant information on atlantis drops anywhere else. I think that Cuttlebone Standard as well as other items may drop from any loot source including bone piles, monsters wielding spears from atlantis and any chests as i had Amazigh Banner Stake drop from chest on normal in atlantis and if i recall correctly from 5th act normal aswell. So if u wish to farm Cuttlebone Standard i would try farming Hildisvini, maybe secret entrance, hidden sun temple and whole atlantis. Hope it helps someone still farming Cuttlebone.

edit: Just had it drop from orb merchant in Gadir after opening about 1000 orbs on normal difficulty, so chance of it dropping from any source is just abysmall
