[bug] Portal power regularly causes getting stuck
I've waited with reporting this until it happened at least a few times and that it wasn't just a rare glitch:
The portal stone (town portal) power regularly causes issues. When teleporting back to the dungeon from town, I've had it happen with some regularity that I would not be able to move after teleporting. It seems to be a problem if the portal was opened on top of another item (e.g. a looted bone pile) I don't recall ever having this happen without the new DLCs so it may have been introduced in either Ragnarök or Atlantis.
Either way, this is game breaking. The only ways to recover that I have found is to either start out from town again (which may be a looooong walk depending on where you are) or to exit the game and restart to respawn at the last rebirth fountain you tagged.

Any solutions/patches for this bug would be greatly appreciated.

hello,

there is a button in the keybinding options, I think K or L (in default) that allows you to "teleport" (wiggle) a bit from your current position. that feature was originally developed for cases like you encountered

as for issue itself - yes, I had the same problem too once-or-twice and I agree it quite possible happens when you put a teleport over some props, like weapons or armors

Ahh I see at the very very bottom is a "Reset player" option, indeed K (L is the portal stone). Next time it happens I'll try that.
Great tip! thank you.

As for the issue itself, you often don't have exact control over where the portal appears... and it seems to "like" putting itself on top of things, at least in my case. I've had this happen twice in my latest play session of an hour or so, so not extremely rare.

yes those pesky portals are tricky. once, I managed to put that portal in a "air space near the bridge above the water" (don't know how to describe it better).
