Ragnarok items are terribly OP

I'm talking specifically about Feryja's panoply. The most overtuned set in the game. First the corselet and boots (the best peices of the set) HAVE NO LEVEL REQUIREMENT. With a couple of + int items/relic you can wear at level 30. I find it really hard to not wear this item on every single int character I build. I find it really hard not to use what the game offers, and this item really takes the fun out of character progression, looking forward to that next piece of gear you can wear is the most fun part of this game.

I think it must be an oversight on the devs part, as there is no reason for those items to have no level requirement. And even if that was one of the benefits of Feryas set then the intelligence requirement should be more than 499, because its literally the best item in the game for almost every single intelligence build....

The game should be balanced for a non-inheritance run, but if someone spends countless hours farming for items most people will never see, they'll have a much easier time, or not, their choice how to make use of items from one toon to the next. I don't have a complete set after hundreds of hours either, although you did give me the idea to create a set mule.

Honestly, it is not that hard to farm Freyja's. If you have a decent boss killing toon, just equip it with a couple of items with "of the glade" (reduced damage from beasts) and run Golden Boar, which has a good drop rate for ragnarok gear, and the run is short.

They are not OP, just being the last Act of the game, RAG items are the highest tier unique items of all.

My characters still use items from IT.
Pendant of immortal Rare, Myrmidon's Pendant, Star of Elysiym, Athena's Battle Greaves, Conqueror's Gloves, Stonebinder's Cuffs, Agonauts Boots and Gloves, Scepter of Shadow King, Sapros, Kael's Visage, Achilles Armor, Vision of the Shadoworld, Archamges Clasp, Demonskin Walkers, Aionios and so many others that are really hard to replace and to my eyes Ragnarok items are not better than most of those.

Most Ragnarok items provide some kind of crazy buff to a single thing which can be good to elaborate on specific builds and avoid the usage of the same items on all of your characters.

Where, and in what difficulty, in Ragnarok would I try and farm these Ferya's set pieces? And what kind of bonuses? I run a high INT trickster (rouge/rune) and would love to know. Especially if they have a +1 (or more :P ) to all rune sills.

Yes I would wear tunic of the Magi, only it has a higher level requirement than Freyja's (which has a requirement of level 0) so why would I bother?
