Hit him a few times, then when he rases his hands run away in circle to avoid those ice shards and his stunning attack, then come back hit him a few times again, and so on. That is how I did it.
and get trowing weapons

Pay attention on the thorns buff he sometimes gets, he literally gets thorns on his body, if you hit him during these few seconds (I think it lasts for 10 seconds or so) you get retaliation damage as well as a bleeding DoT which hurts extremely hard (especially if you got a lot of damage). Another important resistance is Vitality Damage resistance, with around 50% you can mitigate most damage his (unavoidable) health leech breath does.
Other than that, dodge his attacks (meteors especially) and do a hit and run strategy if you can't tank a lot of hits.

Most of his attacks are slow, so a fast player will be able to dodge his attacks. Unlike vanilla TQ, his statues are now invulnerable making him more than a walking meat slab and allowing him to use his full potential for the entire duration of the fight. He has several unavoidable attacks, however, such as his grabbing ability which will hold you in place while he shoots shoots poison at you. This is weak if you have good poison resistance. He also has two draining abilities that can and will instantly kill a player and heal him, which can be countered by a good vitality resistance. Lightning attacks are easily avoidable if you know how to run back and forth and flame breath even more so if you have a good distance. I don't know if he still summons liche kings in TQIT or AE but if he does then it's not too much of an issue, just deal with them as quickly as possible. The meteor shower is the easiest to dodge since he has a long animation and it's hard to miss the down pour of meteors but if they make contact.... oh boy. He also has a thorn effect, just don't hit him when he has thorns growing out of his body or else your damage is reflected back to you (which is very dangerous for glass cannons) His big, meaty arms are slow but pack a punch. Melee characters should be fast enough to hit and run out of his reach to not have to worry about it though.

Finish all relics on your armors. Finish artefact, the best you can. Farm previous bosses few times for some nice epic item. Kill Typhoon easily now.

What are you?

If you have a storm mastery, use spellbreaker whenever he uses his thorns attack, it'll debuff him. Squall + upgrade and a Spellbreaker + upgrade can damage him, albeit not much.

Stunadins will have trouble on normal, as they won't be able to reduce his resists enough to stun him for a moment.

His breath attacks are avoidable, but you have to be at a distance to start off with, so melee is in a bit of trouble(his leech breath attacks, the other 2 can be dodged)

Obviously try to utilize your "bosskiller" skills. I.e. Battlestandard/ancients on Warfare, Colossus on Defender, Outsider on Spirit, plague on Nature, etc.

Another thing to note is the shrines around the edges are "supercharged", but seem to last not as long. They give increased bonuses/regen, but appear to wear off much quicker than a normal shrine, try to use the Battle + Mastery shrine, as it'll give you a good start on damaging him.

Hello guys. There is the easiest way. All you need is a ranged weapon. The more damage it does the less time it takes to kill the thing. Occasionally I had some staff with an average fire damage. I dont remember how much damage it did but it really doesnt matter.
Well. All you need to do is to get his attention and then go back to the stairs. Stay on the 2 or 3rd step from the top of the stairs close to the right border. It is enough to keep Typhon attacking you with his ranged attacks but the game will prevent him to come closer (his legs will be visible just enough to mouse point him in order to attack him). The point is that his launches apparently reach you, but do no harm. Press "Shift" to stay still and attack him with your ranged weapon. I my case he was only using his lightning attack. Normally your ranged weapon wants you to be at a certain distance from a target despite it shoots farther than this distance. So pressing Shift key will solve this problem. Probably you will need to try a couple of times until you find the right position, but it will be really easy.
