Game breaking bug at Bifrost bridge

Has anyone had this strange bug ? I'm completely stuck at the bridge. The quest is to get to Jotunheim, the bridge has been opened but is impassable.
I can't talk to the gods. I'm stuck.
But I've completed this quest with another char after the xpack came out at the end of november. Meaning a newer patch brought more bugs ?
Restarting the game won't do anything. If I bring my first char to this point, the same bug appears, even if there was no problem on the first playtrough.

I assume you have the Steam version, which is therefore fully patched? I had this problem with 1.47 in other areas, but it resolved itself once patched.

Yes, Steam version 1.51.

This seems to be a problem with your level / world file rather than the quest itself.

Try veryfiying your local installation in the Steam library.
