How to go to the Lower Demon Camp?

I was there, but missed this guy. So, now I tried to go back, but I have no idea where it is. Where should I teleport and then where to go? Please tell me by saying to go north, east, or wherever. I do not remember names, so please tell me like this. I want to finish this quest.

What quest are you doing? Did you mean a quest in Act 4 (Hades) where you have to go to meet someone?

If so, warp to "Plains of Judgment " and go out from exit on the right side and just follow the way, you will eventully reach Lower Daemon Camp .

He's just to the West of the first Empusa queen that drops the Frost Stone.

Ah, this Steam screenshots are so badly made. I always put wrong link. And I have to do like 3-4 steps in order to get that link.

Then what I thought is correct. Just do what I said. Warp to "Plains of Judgment " and go out from exit on the right side and just follow the way , after about 3 areas you will eventully reach Lower Daemon Camp .
