Gorgon Sisters Bug

Greetings I am trying to pass beyond Gorgon Sisters with my spirit-nature summoner character but it bugs whenever i try to do so. Can some one help me or do you have any information about this.
"When 3 of them are dead both enterance and exit doors are close and says this is sealed by a guardian" I tried 6 times already but it happens again and again...

There is a female NPC you need to speak to after killing the Gorgons. She blends into the background a bit, and can be hard to see. Or she may not spawn at all. She is to h the left of the the door blocked by a Gaurdian, left and just a litte downwards. No ! ever appeared over her head for me, but talking to her does o[en the door and update the "The Source Of The Monsters" Quest in the Pythian Caves. Her name is Feiyan, you may be able to spot her by opening the map and looking for the NPC dot on it.

i have the same problem i see the npc and ive listened to her multiple times and the door still is locked

Had a similar problem in act 3 (one door to the main city has not opened) - restarting the game helped me out. It was not too far away from the last birth fountain, neither it is the case at the gorgon sisters so you may try this out.

ive exited and redone it a couple times and it's still broken

After a while tried this with my character again and guess what still bugged!
1- I entered the room
2- Killed the sisters
3- Both doors were locked and the one I should go says "It is sealed by guardian"
4- Put a portal stone and went back to closest checkpoint
5- When I came to room I was able to open the first door to enter the room
6- The other door was still locked "sealed"
7- But the NPC was there so I talked to her
8- Nothing changed quest was still in progressand door was locked
9- Used portal again to repat process nothing changed
10- Closed the game and restarted it
11- Did steps through 1-6
12- However there wasn't NPC in the room this time
13- I said "♥♥♥♥ this game another wasted characte" and closed the game.

Please if you know how to fix this stupid thing I am willing to get some help
I think my only option here doin same content with other people in Multiplayer however when I try to join one of the games most of the time I get errors like version mismatch or Runtime error.
I was able to find the source of mismatch version. It occurs because if you have beta enabled but the server you are trying to join not using beta or vice versa.

Game cache is verified?

Something that helped me in the past was this:
- Go to Documents\My Games\Titan Quest - Immortal Throne\SaveData\Main
- Locate the folder named after the character you have problems with
- The folder Levels_World_World01.map stores your characters progress. Deleting some of the newest files will set your character back and maybe fix the bugged quest

If you try it, make sure to have a backup copy.
I don't know if it works with the Steam cloud being active.

Nothing worked so i joined a multiplayer server and skipped that quest. I am in act 2 now
