Ragnarok full change list
Is it available anywhere? There have been annoying small nerfs here and there that break previously fine tuned characters. Especially item and skill changes.

Are you sure that Ragnarok made changes to items and skills ? (Except adding new items and new Runemaster skills, of course.) Because devs don't mention such changes in Ragnarok description :

New story act with dozens of new quests
Brave the realms of the Celts, the Northmen and the Asgardian gods in the largest act to date
Revisit the other acts to find new items and secrets

New 10th Mastery
Become a Runemaster, a magical warrior fighting with both, spells and weapons
Combine newly learned with existing masteries for a total of 45 combinations

New experience curve
Reach level 85 and maximize your character’s potential

New weapons and gear
Find new and powerful gear, from colorful Celtic shields to famous weapons of Germanic legend.
New relics and charms for crafting, and a new option to improve even legendary items.
New thrown weapons strike the balance between range and speed!

New Enemies and bosses
From the denizens of Germany’s dark forests to the forces of Asgard itself.

Improved character customization
A wider variety of regional styles and color dyes
Finally: wear pants!

Technical and QOL improvements
New shaders and graphical effects
Improved ragdoll physics
Improved UI and combat feedback for total information
Improved control customization
Improved modding tools

I made a guide which lists all the changes made since Anniversary Edition's release, maybe you will find some useful information for specific items or skills (use Ctrl+F) :

I don't think you can find one. Devs somehow decide not to write a detailed changelog since new dlc release. Although I have found a lot of changes, I want to know what small nerfs that break previously fine tuned characters? I haven't find any.

Bramblewood went from 438 DEX to 468 DEX. Tracker's Hood from 394 DEX to 454 DEX

A most obvious change is Stonebinder's going from 385 DEX and 144 STR to 425 Dex and 170 STR. That's gotta screw wth LOTS of builds by itself...

Well that...is true. Sorry I forget. For me I put the extra points from extra levels (insta level up from 63 to 71) in dex to avoid this. If your build even have problem with str...yeah that is real disaster. Devs should at least say something about it.

Found the cause, it used to have STR/DEX specified in the item itself, now it uses the generic formula (50+iLevel*6.25, iLevel used to be 55, now it's 61). Obvious reason is they want you to buy Rangarok and had to come up with a way to "incentivize" people to want the extra levels.

Ofc you can tell them to fekk that and import the AE item database...

As for builds anything lvl 75 has a problem (lvl 70+ really) if the stat points are spent as there's no way to reset. Yes, yes, defiler and all but seriously?

Yeah as soon as I heard about this, I am 100% not going to buy TQ Ragnarok. Not even for $1.

The adjustment is not part of the DLC. Characters get bonus XP in relation to the new XP curve in the base game as well. Bonus XP --> bonus lvl --> stat points to spend.

Since the lvl cap has not been increased in the non-DLC version this point is completely moot for any toons over 70 (that can't spend the Ability points required to equip items again).

Ah, I was wondering why I could no longer equip some weapons/armor on some of my old characters. It's really annoying. They're too high tbh
