I found these two throwable items and together they form a set. One boosts earth mastery and the other boosts dream... But you cannot duel wield without runes or warfare? I'm just wondering how you're supposed to use these? _

Right, you need rune or warfare to dual wield. Set bonus is +40% to all damage, which is great.

they need to change the +skills on these 2 items or at least add +1 to all on each one or +1 to warfare / rune on each one.....adding plus skill to items that you can't fully utilize is kinda lame due to the limitations of who can dual wield throw.

I was kinda excited to make a dream / earth dual wield throwing char until I realized I couldn't lol

Or a storm / earth dual wield throwing...even better.

I think it was made that way on purpose: you should decide whichever mastery combo you want to use with those weapons. And you can wield two of the same set items to get a set bonus anyway, so it's not that big of a deal.

And by the way, it's one of those rare items that have a "theme" around them, or some quirk, which I personally enjoy.

Its a good item for stonespeaker(rune+earth), but you need 2 chakram of sun

You can equip two of the same type (with a dual mastery).
They do not need to be different to get the set bonuses.
And this applies to other set items such as maces (Ramses, obsidian...)

Nice and Congrats just found and completed this set myself,Strangely enuff I found several of the Chakram of the Moon before I found a Chakram of the Sun,Still a very promising set
