It is dropped by loki, but is anyone know what this quest item used for?

At present, no.

It may be connected to the Primrose Passage, which no-one has been able to open yet. We'll have to wait and see: there's clearly an element to Ragnarok which hasn't been revealed yet.

I was thinking that the item could somehow be used to free the King of Scandia out of his stone form but that the Dev's hadn't build in the sidequest. Other than that it could only be usefull for the passage. We will see. Maybe after 1000 Fafnir runs someone gets the ring and can shed some light into it. ^^

I have two rings from Fafnir and you cant do ♥♥♥♥ with it, only equip it on yourself and they are noth worth it.

It does give +50% xp. Equip two before cashing in a quest and remove them again afterwards.

Loki's wand will reverse the spell casted on the king of Scandia. You have to free Ylva from prison first and then just go towards the stone sculpture in King Gylfi's room. As a reward for freeing her father, Ylva can play as your companion after talking with her.

Loki wand is use to break the spell that curse the King of scandia you might have to go back or talk to the Princess of scandia after free her from the prison and then get back in the throne room of scandia [] you can complete it anytime after all your quest is finish .

And when you free King with staff princess will join with you always when you talk with her in scandra and follow you nice.

I found that ring, It is a useless ring except it give a massive +50% to exp. Duplicate it and you get +50% to exp add some more exp items like athlon or similar items and you get a massive exp bonus.

As for the wand, if you get the wand drop from Loki, you go to Scandia in the king's hut and you shove that wand into his...Asgard. Then in return he will traffic his daughter to you, to do as you please with her. I love those german/nordic blonde girls, blue eye and all...
