The purple greek is sometime sold by Act 1 merchants,
The egyptian gold by Act 2 merchants,
and finally the asian royal blue from Act 3 merchants.
If you started a character as "accomplished hero", you can't accomplish this quest in solo (until you progress through the next difficulty), since you don't have access to portals from the previous acts.
Not sure what the mechanism of refreshing the dye selection is, a simple relog might work, or teleporting to multiple areas, but this worked for me.
I think that was before the last patch.
First I bought the three proper dyes: Greek Purple from a merchant in Act I; Egyptian Gold from a merchant in Act II; Asian Royal Blue from a merchant in Act III. I returned to Glauberg and talked with the quest-giver. But she did nothing but give me her original pitch.
Second, following advice I found in the two threads here titled Celtic Plaid, I bought all three dyes in Corinth. To do that, I clicked the rebirth there, and reloaded the game until the two Corinthian merchants offered me the three dyes. (When one offered one, I bought it.) I returned with them to Glauberg, clicked the rebirth there, and spoke to the quest-giver. That worked. She gave me my reward.

Ho scoperto che la quest è tradotta male in italiano, la tipa della quest chiede il porpora dalla Grecia che però non esiste, dovete comprare la tintura viola viola perchè l'hanno tradotta in due modi diversi.
You can buy those at the stores of Corynthian (the first portal of Ragnarok) as they have dyes of each act of the game, I bought them there.
