Takes a long time to make these things though, huh?
Depends which ones. I advice that you keep all your charms and relics you find, instead of putting them on your weapons and armors. Eventually, when you'll find new recipes you'll already have the required relics in your stock!
I have like 6 or 7 unused artifacts right now (that I've mostly put on characters I specifically created to keep extra stocks), and I'm not even pass Act 2 on Normal Difficulty yet! So, yeah, eventually you'll have good options for Artefacts!
(also, since I see you're making a Warrior character: If you found the Deathrattle formula, make that one as soon as you can; I personally find it extremely effective on my Conqueror (Warfare+Defense), especcially for damage-dealing. It makes a huge difference!)
