Hades Treasure Vault needs an upgrade.

so, finally got all the stones to open this thing... and none of the chests dropped any blues or even greens. nothing.

considering you can only do this ONCE per game run... seems like they should at least include one guaranteed epic drop on normal, and one legendary on epic/legendary.

so frustrating.

I didn't find anything useful in it either when I did it on normal. The Easter Egg Secret Passage you can do at the end wasn't anything earth shattering either for me.

Well, the item quality in this quest definitely could be better. We should get at least some green items for the effort. If the best what you get are only yellows, it's certainly disappointing.

Secret passage: it depends on your luck. On legendary difficulty, under good conditions, you can get up to 3 legendaries from one run (perhaps even more, I don´t know exactly, but 3 for sure). But without luck, you can walk out only with some item(s) from Easter Egg set(s). If the drop is really bad I recommend to exit from the game entirely (not only to the main menu) and restart the game (the probability of the drops will be reset). Similarly, if the drop is very good, it pays off to exit into the main menu and try again from there (the probability of the drops is not reset until you exit the game completely), so you have a good chance for another good drop).

I never really do the quest for the loot, just the xp.
but that gets a little low on higher difficulties.

Big chests and bosses are underwhelming in general. It feels like I get better loot from a bonepile than from killing Hades.

That's exactly my experience: bone piles have low probability to drop good items but there are a lot of them in the game...

hades' treasure hasn't left any good memory to me or to any of my chars...

the only place i think really worth to be farmed is the secret passage on legendary, sadly to do that you need to already have your end-game gear or something halfway to that

looting on a good seed does work for secret passage.

I spent a couple of hours testing this yesterday.

did 50 runs, 25 where I got nothing (no, really, just yellows) on my first run, and 25 where i got no less than 3 blues and 1 green to drop.

at the end of the first 25 runs, I had gotten a total of 4 forumulas and 5 greens.

at the end of the second 25 runs, I had gotten 20 blues, 12 greens and 4 formulas.

it does make a big difference!

On leg yo get legendary items probably 2/3 of the times.

And that isn't even mentioning the times when open these chests and all that comes out of them are a few yellows and the rest are all 🤬 WHITE!😒
