Leveling too slow for me
So I am already 8 hours in game and only level 9. It really feels like slow leveling, but i explore every part of the world, caves and everything. My first mastery was warfare, and then on level 8 I took dream. Is there any tips how to level faster? Also for dual wielder is it better to have swords like weapons or mace like weapons? Thanks in advance guys. Cheers!

Yeah ... but no !

I mean, I needed 70 hours to do Titan Quest, Act I to Act IV, on normal difficulty, ending with a lvl 37 char then I needed another 25 hours to do Immortal Throne, Act V, ending this time with a lvl 41 char. And I imply doing every main quests and every secondary quests.

Check your quest log. And yes, the levels increase very slowly. If I didn't misread the " level 75 guide ", it may take as long to go from lvl 70 to lvl 75 than to go from lvl 01 to lvl 70.

You need to have game speed set to Normal to get Steam achievements to pop correctly.

You can level faster in early game by saving and quitting (make sure you save near a portal or safe area... don;t save at a Boss fight area.) Then relaunch the game, and come back in where you saved. Go back and wipe out all of the respawned mobs and Bosses. And grab all the new loot. It may not be top quality loot going backwards, but you can sell it for gold to buy better stuff at the merchant. Yes, you will be save and start spamming. But it gives you more respawns to kill and get Exp. to level up faster.

By far this is the best tip I got here, tnx man. Also when my inventory goes full I use my portal stone to go to first town to sell items, that kind of slows me down, is it a mistake?

All depends on your playstyle. I've played this game since it was first released on physical disc, byt the pervious comapny that orginally developed. I pick up everything but broken (grey0 items, and portal back to sell tings. But I prefer slow leveling with OP gear, and I like heavy grind games, especially aRPG's. It eats up time, yep. Takes longer. If you want to go faster, but not increase the game speed setting, use the item filter to show only gree/gold or above items, and only pick up, use and sell those. You will move through areas faster that way. First characte you can use your tansfer stash to increase inventory capacity, but be careful. You can end up with hoarder syndrome, and save things fr future characers that you will never use or transfer. If you find stuff you think or know you will use on your current character, but don;t meet requirements to use yet, stash it in the transfer inventory. Just don;t forget what you have stashed there. It's easy to become an unintentional hoarder in games like this when you are new, and don;t know what you really need or want to keep. You can also create new characters in new saves, and use the transfer stash to create mules. Lots of ways t do things. I do them my way, what works fr me. My way may not suit you.

That's pretty odd. I have a character at 6 hours 39 minutes with level 18. What city are you at?
Faster leveling:

Raise the game speed.
Turn on XMAX mod (greatly increased monster density).
Get some AoE skills.

No problem. One of the greatest replayablility factors in these kinds of games are... what this game already has. the ability to create new games and try new builds out, and beat your last "score", the ability to try so many diferent things while finding what playstyle suits you, the Mods that ae avaialble to try, to mix things up. And the Community here, offering ideas, advice and sharing their playstyles, tips and tricks. And if you don;t want to figure things out for yourself, and just want to rush through the achievements... tons of really good Guides that will tell you step by step how to build the beast character for your wants or needs. I enjoy figuring out games, any game, on my own. But using Guides and walkthroughs is fine too, if that makes a game enjoyable for you.

Just have fun. That's what gaming is all about, isn't it?
