Got Stuck in "Act 5, Chapter 2" Return to university

Hi,
got this game some years ago but put it "on hold" for years due to the frustrating save-system rather quick...

However, Since I got a new graphics card and i do really enjoy the story, I tried it again and did not regret to re-activate and play it again.....up to now ;-)

i managed it to Act 5, Chapter 2 (with a lot of help from guides etc..) and am completely stuck now, where the player has to enter the underground garage from the parking lot.

I tried to use Time Powers to stop the truck and run to the garage entry, well, i think 20 times without success... So, I gave up ;-(

So,my question is, is there ANY way to bypass this and move on to next chapter ? All hints and tips welcome !

You've got to rewind time to pull the van out, and then time dash through the garage doors as the van re-approaches :-)
