running it high settings with CPU AMD Fx 8350 under-clocked 2.8GHz/2 modules 16gb=32gb-RAM/ AMD-RX580-8GB/5 system fans not counting cpu-fan-or other related hardware cooling.
Sorry for not updating, but I decided to run it a little while ago, it runs well, thank you for your times.
Also of concern to me, the in-game videos were massive and had to be streamed to watch them originally at release. There was no way to pre-download them. Is that still the case?
Far as the PC version goes, still think they're streaming only

Since you've played it before, the most likely culprit would be legacy leftover from your first install, provided you've migrated your hard drives/SSDs between rigs.

Main issue at launch was no way to turn off resolution scaling and horrible performance, iirc. They patched in native res support, and computers improved, so now it looks and plays just fine.
