There's a retail copy that activates on Steam and includes the entirety of the game files. You had options, don't complain.

To be fair, building a system without an optical drive is pretty great. One less component that rarely ever got used to begin with.

Even better - a conscious decision to only go digital. You knew your speed, and you knew not all games have a preload.

Seriosly who is buying retail copies? I got the key for 25 Eur.... I am not complaining. But I guess a pre-load would not have been any problem to offer.

I can thik of one reason why they didn't have a preload... to prevent stupid reviews in the first 10 minutes after release. (Guy with GTX 960 sets everything to maximum and freaks out when it runs slowly, immediately posts bad review before trying other settings)

You might want to consider other internet provider options or packages that have higher speeds.
