Possible tweak for better performance

Hello,

when I first started to play Quantum Break, I immediately noticed how the game was stuttering after like every cutscene when the game locks to 30 FPS and goes back to your normal framerate.
It was a real gamebreaker for me, because it really destroyed the atmosphere of the game everytime this happens.

So I just fiddled around with some settings in the graphics driver and I might found a workaround for that, at least after I changed some settings I didn't have this problem anymore.
I did this with NV Inspector, but the settings I changed should also be available in the normal NV control panel.
What I did was changing the Maximum pre-rendered frames to 1, forcing Vertical Sync to "off" and changing "Power management mode" to "Prefer maximum performance" (but I think that option didn't do much, because the GPU should be at it's limit anyway in this game.

Also a pro tip, not really a tweak, but change your Volumetric Lighting from ultra to high.
Personally, I could not see any difference but the performance increased greatly, around 20 FPS.
Otherwise, I have every other setting set to maximum (with Upscaling ON of course), and I can play this game with ~50-60 FPS all the time in 3440*1440 with a GTX 1070.
