Act 3 Juggernaut fight checkpoint

Is it me or is the checkpoint before the juggernaut boss fight WAY TOO ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ FAR before it? Every time I die, I have to complete 10-15 minutes of gameplay before I get another try. I've died like 5 times now...

I got an answer for you guys a few years later! I figured it out, always wait for the Saving icon down in the left corner to finish and disappear before you enter. Then it should save the checkpoint.
