About the choices...

So I am in Act 4 and made like 3 or 4 choices by this time. Although still I am wondering one thing, the main character is Jack Joyce, appearently, who is the good guy and Serene is the bad guy but game makes us make the choices as Serene. So when making choices should I look from Serene's point of view and think about Monarch's well-being or should I make choices against Monarch to help Jack? The latter seems silly I know but I am just curious about how should I think when making choices.

U can pick from any of the choices , the end result will remain same , it only affects which character die in live action video ..... don't want to spoil your experience by telling the consequences of choices

That got me a bit off-guard too. I decided to switch side when I was on the other side :P But I think it's pretty silly.. I guess I'm not that far into the story yet, so ofc there might be some timey wimey stuff (doctor who speak) going on, so maybe it won't be so silly later on. Maybe.

I have to say that I'm pretty disappointed by the consequences of the choices. It affects content of emails, documents, media and videos between acts. Frozen scene on the bridge changes, some cutsenes has different dialogues and you can talk to different saved friend in the begining of the game. And that's it. You will always have to go through the same areas, kill the same guys and solve the same puzzles. With only one exception - enemies just before you get the CFR.

Also the changes in the videos seems to be triggered only by one choice. New combinations of the choices didn't get me new content.

I think that anyone who knows Witcher, Deus-Ex or Mass Effect would be disappointed too.
