Alright so, you want to know how much money your country has in the $ bar? Our biggest clue we get is from the nobleman. When he asks you My Lord, do you need some credit? I can give 8,000 peices at 5% intrest. If you have clarity (follow Rex to the forest and eat the mushroom) when he asks you this you will see that you gain +40 in the $ bar. After doing some quick math 1 point of the $ bar = 200 pieces and having the bar full means you have 20,000 peices.

Since the game is more middle ages and seems like it's in great britian, let's refer to peices as pounds. When the treasury is full it would = 20,000 british pounds. Or 26,610.60 American Dollars. So we have 26.5k when our treasury is full. Seems legit.
