I heard it was possible to marry The Foreign Princess and I was just wondering how to do it.

When the witch asks you if you want to learn white magic, say yes. When she asks what kind of magic, cycle through the options until she offers the Love option. Accept this one. One of your potential partners is the Foreign Princess. She may not show up every time you select this, though.

That makes her your lover, but it's not a proper marriage AFAIK.
