I somehow have another strawberry plant after I won.

This is because I did 2 crusades and I still got another strawberry plant after using the other one.
You should fix this because it could clog the other things like barn, loaded dice, etc.

I mean getting rid of the curse, do you have to get to the end of the timeline?

That's normal, you might have lost strawberry, so you can always get it back if it's not in your inventory.
One time i even killed Homunculus, so had to do vase + Frozen Blood again.

I mean getting rid of the curse, do you have to get to the end of the timeline?

Step 1: Meet the witch, and the doctor.

Step 2: Head to the dungeon ASAP.

(Optional) You may have to kill some skeletons for more time.

Step 3: Avoid arsenic doors, head towards neutral and gold doors. And find the torch.

Step 5: Fight the skeleton, but then have a conversa tion.

Step 7: What is the frozen blood? Its a red ruby. Talk to the witch and do the quest she tells you to do. Once you finish it, ask for dat ruby.

Step 8: Put the ruby in the vase and talk to the vase and he/she/it will tell you to technically start a crusade.

Step 9: So start a crusade. But for some reason the vase wont talk to you for sometimes and show you a machine that brings things back to life. Once it talks to you, move on to Step 10.

Step 10: It shows you the machine and you tell the vase to bring a strawberry plant. Now that you have that, go back to the dungeon and repeat Step 4, then go to Step 11.

Step 11: Now your back at the skelly and he will help you when he can but from now on, SAY NO TO LITERALLY EVERYTHING UNTIL YOU GET THAT DEATH WISH.

Step 12: Once you get the death wish say no to everything till the skelly comes back to help you. Say yes to this and......

Step 13: ???

Yeah, that's normal. Game just sees you don't have one so gives you another chance.

I even tried going back to the dungeon and giving Kloc ANOTHER strawberry plant. But for some reason it just put me back out into the kingdom.

I did all the endings. actually, just say no to literally everything and say yes to only the spirit.
