directx error

Hello,
i installed the game few moment ago, when i click to start the game i have a error message "there is a problem with directx, please contact the support service"
i checked my directX version it's 11
what else should i do?

Ok go to www.microsoft.com and search DirectX and download it I checked and it works

It looks like Windows 7 and later uses DirectX 11 and it seems that SHK uses DirectX 9C, so downloading and installing DirectX from microsoft.com works. http://www.microsoft.com/en-au/download/details.aspx?id=35

This doesn't seem logical to run the install from the Microsoft page to downgrade DirectX 11 to 9.0c?? Am I missing something??
