Monks Excom. meaning ?!!

Hi guys,
Jusy want u to explain 4 me the meaning of Excom, so is that means if i excommed a village for other player does that means for example he will not be able like to ID or interdict his excommed village ?!! and if he was having more than one village and i excommed one of his villages can he send monks from his other villages to remove the excom power from his excommed village ?!! pls some explaination will do the job as i tried to understand it from SHK guide but i didnt totally understand that !!

Yes, thats correct.

Excomm means 1 village that got excom cannot use monk for the duration of the excom.

You can send monk to abs the excomed village. Abs will REDUCE excom time.

but just want to know that if he was having like 3 villages and i excommed a 1 village from them..as i have understood is he will cant use monks from his already excommed village but what about his other 2 villages..can he send monks from them to his excommed village to reduce the excom duration ?!!

All excom does is prevent the player excommed from sending monks from the village under excom, no more, no less.
